I'm a sound artist, music composer, and producer.

Born in 1972, I live and work in Bern, where I run a project studio and coworking space. I've been involved in several band projects and have worked as a solo artist. I've been making music since the late 1980s, ranging from silly school bands to successful electronic and pop projects, as well as film music, sound design, corporate sounds, and commercials. I've performed on stage as a lo-fi guitarist, singer, keyboardist, and laptop artist. Originally from a visual arts background and trained as a display artist, I've also worked as a graphic designer, painter, and set designer for theater productions.

I toured Western Europe, Mexico, South Africa and Switzerland. In recent years, I've worked in Johannesburg, Bern, and Berlin, and performed internationally with my solo projects. I've recorded with artists like Lee Scratch Perry, Fokn Bois, and Moonchild Sanelly, and produced remixes and work for Nicolette, Imogen Heap, Dawn Penn, Slum Village, Baze, Yello, Pablo Nouvelle, Bonaparte, Michael Glawogger, Bongeziwe Mabandla, and many more.

In 2019, I started my ongoing project, "Collecting Spaces," capturing impulse responses and field recordings from places that intrigue me. In 2020, I began my newest venture, "Melodies In My Head," with Thomas Burkhalter. It's an AV battle where we create music from interviews and translate emotion and thought into sound, dance, and video.
